Clinic Re-opening and Safety Precautions

Enter on ClevelandWe are excited to be providing treatments to you all again soon, and to show off our new reception area that enters on Cleveland Avenue.  As we move forward into the next phase of the COVID-19 pandemic, Squamish Integrated Health is taking all precautions and safety measures so we can safely re-open in the comings days.

Beginning on May 19, 2020 we'll be offering a limited number of emergency/essential Chiropractic sessions with Dr. Paul Fleming and Dr. Leah Stadelmann, as well as Physiotherapy sessions with Billy Walker-Wavell. Billy will continue to offer virtual appointments, but will be adding in-person visits when necessary.

The following week, beginning on May 25 private acupuncture with Adrienne and Tina will resume. Tina will resume Community Acupuncture on Wednesday May 27 with only 2 patients at a time so that social distance can be maintained. Please note the slight price change for Community Acupuncture appointments during this time.

Registered Massage Therapy will likely resume first week of June. Please stay posted on updates.

Our plan is as follows:

Pre-Screening - Prior to Arrival : Expect a call 24-48 hours before your appointment to answer questions about your current health and any possible symptoms. We require you to be symptom free in order to come into the clinic for an appointment. If you are experiencing any symptoms, we will reschedule your appointment.

Arriving for your appointment: Please ensure you arrive early or on time. We are working hard to stagger patient arrivals to help with physical distancing. Your tardiness may lead you to miss your appointment, and you will still be charged. We ask that you wait outside the clinic until you are called to come in. For your safety, along with our staff and other patients, we require you to please wear a mask (homemade ones are acceptable) and to sanitize your hands upon entering the clinic. Your therapist may conduct part of the appointment consultation over the phone to minimize face to face contact.

While in the clinic:  Please maintain a distance of 2 meters from other persons whenever possible. We require that you wear your face mask while in the clinic at all times except when directed by staff. Please do not wander around the clinic unsupervised.

We will be disinfecting high touch areas regularly and treatment rooms between each patient. We ask that you plan to use the washroom at home before coming to the clinic, as our restroom will be for emergency use only.

We appreciate your compliance, and look forward to seeing you in the clinic soon!
