Danielle was born and raised in the great state of Oklahoma and has resided now in beautiful BC for the last 7 years with her family. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Education and finished the Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College in the summer of 2016.
Danielle recognizes that injuries (big and small) as well as the stressors of everyday life can bring about pain, tension, and overall discomfort. She has dealt with chronic pain of her own stemming from changes in her body due to pregnancy, multiple surgeries and injuries from a car crash several years ago. With the help of her own RMT, Danielle experienced a significant decrease in her pain and stress levels ultimately inspiring her to give others not only relief from their pain, but empowerment to do something about it.
Danielle is trained in a variety of techniques and chooses them based on the needs of her patients. She specifically enjoys myofascial work, but is happy to help you relax as well. Danielle’s goal as a therapist is to help her patients (children, adults, and elderly) by actively listening to their concerns and then working together to create a treatment plan to get them on a road to recovery.
In her free time, Danielle enjoys hiking the many trails of Squamish with her family, reading all things pathology, and sitting on sunny patios with friends.
