Kate Parkinson

Originally from England, Kate came to the west coast of Canada 12 years ago and has been in the Squamish community for the last 9 years. After graduating from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2017, Kate has worked in massage therapy practices in Squamish and Whistler. Her current style of treatment incorporates traditional Swedish techniques, Myofascial Release and joint mobilizations where appropriate, and has a specific interest in developing Osteopathic and Craniosacral techniques as her career progresses. Kate enjoys the variety that comes with working with all kinds of people, from therapeutic to relaxation. Every massage is tailored to your individual needs on that particular day to optimize your health and well being.

Kate is a mum of two children, Cam and Orla, and a dog mum to Kitt the Malamute. In her free time she rides her mountain bike or snowboard depending on the season, and gaining strength from HIIT and yoga. Maintaining balance with health, work and family are important aspects in her life.
