Lora graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1997, making 2017 her twentieth year of practice. She has learned and assimilated a variety of therapeutic approaches over the years, and generally finds a combination of multiple hands on and movement modalities creates the best platform for healing.
Lora has been a Classical Pilates teacher since 2000 with 2 multiple year studies to her credit including an advanced teacher training certification from the prestigious Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado. She has many years of experience teaching both clinical/rehabilitative Pilates and Classical Pilates. She is always seeking to develop and further her understanding of movement and what creates ease, efficiency and true strength in the human body. She has found that the combination of her Massage Therapy practice and her Movement practice are a highly complementary skill set.
In her spare time Lora enjoys recreational cycling, hiking, backpacking, cross-country skiing and swimming in alpine lakes. She is obsessed with Tiny Houses, loves to putter in the garden, read a good book, make dinner for her friends and get taken out for brunch!
